Your domain name (usually about $10–$20/year) is registered in your name and paid to the registrar; you own it. Prices don't include any sales tax that may apply. Prices valid through December 31, 2026.

Pick a plan and sign a simple service agreement. Pay 50% of the setup fee by secure Stripe link (card or bank).
Launch
Your site goes live on your domain within 48 hours once the agreement, deposit, domain access, and your business details are in. You review it live.
Happy? Pay the balance
Once you confirm you're happy, you pay the setup balance plus your first month.
Autopay & care
Your monthly plan is billed automatically by Stripe on the same day each month. Text or email edits anytime; small edits are done within 2 business days.
30-day happiness guarantee
If you're not happy with your website for any reason within 30 days after launch, tell me by email or text and I'll refund everything you've paid 7Acre Digital (setup fee and any monthly payments). I'll then take the site down and end the agreement.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, normally within 5–10 business days.
- The guarantee doesn't cover money paid to other companies (for example your domain registrar or Google Workspace). Those accounts are yours to keep.
- After the first 30 days, setup fees and past monthly payments are not refundable, but you can cancel future months as described below.
Monthly plans and cancellation
- Starter, Standard, and Premium: 3-month minimum, then month-to-month. The minimum doesn't apply if you use the 30-day guarantee.
- $0-down plan: 12-month minimum, then month-to-month. To end early, pay a one-time $497 buyout instead of the remaining months.
- To cancel: give 30 days' notice by email or text, anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the notice period (or the end of the minimum term, if later), and future charges stop then. There is no cancellation fee.
- When you cancel, hosting stops and I'll point your domain wherever you'd like or hand it back to you.
Terms of Service
Effective October 6, 2026. These are the plain-English basics; every client also signs a written service agreement, which controls if anything differs.
- Who we are: 7Acre Digital is a sole proprietorship owned and operated by Dennis Gary in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, Texas.
- What you're buying: website design and launch (one-time setup fee), plus a monthly plan for hosting, maintenance, and included edits, and any add-ons you choose, as listed in the Pricing section.
- Payment: 50% of the setup fee is due at signing; the balance plus the first month is due after launch, once you've confirmed you're happy. Monthly plans and monthly add-ons are billed automatically through Stripe on the same date each month until cancelled. Card and bank (ACH) payments are accepted. No card-processing surcharges.
- Late payments: if a payment fails, Stripe will retry and I'll contact you. If an account stays past due, the site may be paused until it's current. Pausing doesn't cancel the agreement.
- Scope: new pages, redesigns, logos, photography, extra copywriting, online stores, and paid ads aren't included unless added in writing. Larger changes are quoted before work starts.
- Ownership: your domain, business name, logo, photos, reviews, and accounts (like Google Business Profile and email) belong to you. Once the setup fee is paid in full (or the buyout on a $0-down plan), you can take a copy of your site files when you cancel. I keep ownership of my general templates and code.
- Your part: provide accurate business information, use only content you have the right to use, and respond to approval questions so launch isn't delayed.
- No guarantees on results: I do careful, professional work but can't guarantee specific search rankings, leads, calls, or revenue. I'm not responsible for outages or changes caused by third-party services (hosts, registrars, Google, Stripe, email providers).
- Liability: to the extent the law allows, total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim.
- Ending service: you can cancel as described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. I may end service with 30 days' notice and will refund any prepaid, unused month and help you move your site.
- Governing law: Texas.
Privacy Policy
Effective October 6, 2026.
- What I collect: only what you choose to send through the quote request form or by email: typically your name, business name, email, phone number, and message.
- How it's used: only to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to provide the services you signed up for. I don't sell, rent, or share your information for marketing.
- Payments: payments are processed by Stripe. 7Acre Digital never sees or stores your full card number.
- Cookies: this site doesn't use advertising or analytics cookies. The web host may keep standard server logs (like IP address and browser type) for security and reliability.
- Your choices: email me anytime to ask what information I have about you or to have it deleted.
